Massage therapy aims to provide people with time and space for a relaxing and soothing experience in a warm and supportive atmosphere at our centre in Warminster.
Massage is known to improve circulation. It relaxes tense muscles and is an excellent way to unwind and help restore a sense of well being and balance. Massage therapy for people with Multiple Sclerosis is an excellent way for individuals to relieve some of the tension that lives in their muscles on a daily basis.
Our massage therapy room is a quiet, inviting space that gives both members and their partners the chance to indulge in a little bit of ‘me’ time. All sessions are tailored to suit individual needs and we can comfortably accommodate members who use wheelchairs.
Bespoke aromatherapy and oil blends are used with relaxation and deep tissue massage techniques to unlock tight muscles, restore flexibility, improve circulation and refresh the body and mind.
Sessions are available 10.00am to 2.00pm, Tuesday to Thursday. Contact Stephanie Davis on 07746 798684 to book your appointment. Stephanie also offers Reiki and Myofascial Cupping.
